At JP Morgan, I was responsible for designing the user experience, look and feel, while also managing content for a suite of internal web, desktop, and mobile applications for Asset Management. Designed deliverables to support requirements building, technical implementation, and user research. Contributed to the definition and validation of UX standards across the platform to accelerate user adoption while reducing implementation, training, and support costs.
